I began by looking at the mundane task of using a computer. I wanted to magnify each step from turning the computer on to shutting it off. I created thresholds of compression and expansion in light and space to correspond with each moment.

Open the computer and turn it on. Suddenly, darkness is struck with light and sound. You enter your password--a unique representation of your being--and you are allowed access. Possibly, the people you connect to will brighten your experience there.
